The Gourmet Series has now become an annual event – these seasonal gatherings bring guests together at one long table, feasting-style, to enjoy a specially crafted menu using the best local and seasonal produce, matched with delicious wines. These evenings are designed to bring people together to enjoy good food and wine – a celebration of the best our British seasons have to offer – and are popular for the informal, friendly atmosphere and lively conversations!

We end the Shoot Season and begin the Summer Season with a sparkling flourish this year!
Esteemed Champagne House Pol Roger join us in hosting our first Gourmet Dinner of 2016, indulging our guests with some of their finest Vintage and N.V. bubbles.

Paul Graham Associate Director of Pol Roger will be pairing (almost) each course with a glass of spectacular fizz, talking us through each champagne and why it has been selected with his usual wit and charm!  In the Loyton Kitchen Nick Pyle will prepare an exquisite menu in celebration of British Game to herald the start of our annual, seasonal, gourmet gatherings.

*Last year Chef managed to convert a guest who didn’t enjoy game so we are confident he will work his magic on those who are hesitant!  However, please do let us know of any dietary requests on booking and we shall amend the menu for you accordingly.
